Friendly and helpful staff with big smiles 😊. It's located super close to the central area of the city, with easy access to restaurants and buses.

Small room, far away from city, very noise, some staff's english not good enough...

I liked that you could check-in with a machine out the front as we arrived outside of reception hours. The cleaners were very helpful.

How far away it was from the city and the information available to get into the city. We were not sure where closest public transport was. Otherwise, it was good.

We stayed at Premiere Classe for one night on our way from England to Spain. The staff were friendly, experienced, and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The hotel's location just a few minutes off the main highway was very convenient for us. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and sparkling everything was. The hotel offered great value for money and provided all the necessary amenities.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

I could not sleep at night, The rooms are not sound proofed and you can here everything, cars passing by, people speaking outside.

General poor quality of room; no mirror in room, no wardrobe, no seating area, shower room lacking adequate space and facilities, shower curtain allowed water everywhere, dingy atmosphere

The rooms were clean and had 3 beds; the hotel was conveniently situated near the center of Bordeaux and a local restaurant.

The location is marvellous and absolutely perfect, only a short distance to everywhere. the bed in the guest room is exceptionally comfortable, with central heating. - the room amenities include an electronic key card and a work desk. - There are lots of fabulous options for meals available.

It's ideal hotel at a good price. The rooms are good value for money and clean with 3 beds, and the location is perfect near too tram station. The breakfast offers variety of cereal, cakes and pastries.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the value for money was outstanding - I couldn't believe what a great deal I got. Secondly, the staff were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Lastly, the rooms were in excellent condition, with the tiniest of details taken care of.

No improvements needed - everything was perfect!

Very convenient if travelling to or from N. Spain. 1Re class breakfasts still basic but now much improved by decent coffee and croissants. Excellent wi-fi.

It is situated on the outskirts of every location, thus we had to get a taxi each time to go out to station, airport, buses... Definetely wont wish to re-consider.
